From the Desk of Gareth 'Angel' Thompson: A Kingdom Built on Purpose

When I founded Kingdom Wrestling, I knew it had to be about more than just the three count.

I wanted to build a sanctuary. A place where the discipline of the ring and a new way of

sharing the Gospel, could transform the lives of those the world had written off.

 

This year, Kingdom Wrestling hasn't just grown; it has become a lifeline.

We’ve seen our programs expand in new and exciting ways, giving hundreds of at-risk youth a place to find their strength, their voice, and their dignity. We aren't just teaching these kids how to take a bump; we’re teaching them how to stand back up when life hits them hard.

​

This annual report is a celebration of that mission. It’s a tribute to the donors, the coaches, and the volunteers who believe that every soul is worth fighting for.

​

In this business, we talk a lot about victories. We celebrate the belts, the sold-out venues, and the physical grit it takes to survive the ring. But if you know me, you know that the most important battles aren't won under the bright lights—they are won in the quiet of the heart.

​

This year, Kingdom Wrestling reached a milestone that outweighs any championship gold.

Through our outreach and our ringside ministry, we witnessed 56 salvations.

​

That is 56 souls who found their footing, 56 lives surrendered to a higher calling, and 56 people who realized they don't have to fight their demons alone. To us, this is the ultimate "win." At Kingdom, we believe that physical strength is hollow without spiritual foundation. Our mission has always been to provide a space where people can find the faith they need to weather any storm life throws at them.
